Halibut Ceviche
Halibut marinated in lemon and lime juice mixed with fresh vegetables and cilantro, served in an avocado half.

Escargot Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushroom caps stuffed with escargot, baked in a garlic butter and white wine sauce. Served with jalepeno cheese bread.

Scallop Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushroom caps stuffed with scallops, baked in a garlic butter and white wine sauce with white onions. Served with jalepeno cheese bread.

Scallop Stuffed Mushrooms Rockefeller
Same as the scallop stuffed mushrooms with an addition of rockefeller sauce, spinach and pernod paste, with béarnaise and parmesan cheese.

Shrimp Stuffed Avocado
chopped shrimp and vegetables mixed with thousand island and remoulade sauce, served in an avocado half.

Coconut Salmon
Salmon chunks dipped in beer batter then rolled in coconut, deep fried served with a sweet and sour plum sauce.

Halibut Beer Batter
Halibut chunks dipped in beer batter and pecans, deep fried served with home fries and a cocktail, béarnaise sauce duo.

Idaho Nachos
Fried potato skins baked with lots of cheese, onions, tomatoes and jalepenos, topped with sour cream and green onions.

Cajun Mushrooms
Whole mushroom caps stuffed with a Cajun sausage stuffing, deep fried in beer batter, served with a mustard sauce.

Pepper Steak Tips
Steak tips rolled in course granulated pepper, served over rice topped with our classic pepper steak sauce. Served with a jalepeno cheese roll.

True Cajun style gumbo made with a dark rich roux, Cajun vegetables, andoulle sausage and shrimp. Served with a jalepeno corn muffin.

Shrimp 1/2 lb. or 1lb
Gulf shrimp boiled in our own Cajun spices, served chilled with a remoulade sauce.
